Dr. Mahsa Motlagh is an International Expert in Water Diplomacy and 
watershed Management. She works with TH-Köln Technology, Arts, Sciences/Germany and Institute for Technology and Resources Management in the Tropics and Subtropics (ITT) as a Lecturer, Study Program Coordinator and Researcher.
She advises SDHA in Action Research Initiatives related to water management and institutional capacity development.
