The project was launched after consultations with Local Authorities of Muhanga District and community needs assessment conducted in July 2017. The project is set to benefit also two churches and two nursery schools and trading Centre. The 2,5Km long Water Access project will leave 200 households as direct beneficiaries with two kiosks constructed. The project is being implemented with community participation inspired by SDHA Community participatory approach converted into its model of Self- Reliance, without external support.
